I firmly believe that any one with a decent elementary education can read and enjoy my books though parents might want to guide children away from two, Time Traveler's Fool and Charging Bull, until they are in their teens. But I also want to encourage in those readers who are so inclined a more ambitious program. Read my books right now for the immediate experience then with my books in mind go read others that have influenced me, the author, in the writing of the books. On goodreads.com you can find where I have rated hundreds of books of interest. You don't have to read them all, of course, but I think after reading a few you will return to re-read one of mine with new layers of fun and enlightenment. Read Books Talk Books Have a Great Time
Good question and a popular one, too. It is about time I answered it. It is kind of like asking which one is my favorite child. I love them all in different ways. When I feel like an intellectual puzzle tied up with adventure I like to read Time Traveler's Fool while flipping back and forth in arguing whether Marvin is crazy or really a time traveler.
When I feel like witty banter wrapped up in a romantic comedy I choose The Canterbury Tales in Neverland.
When I feel like touching the raw nerves of love, sex, war and death I turn to The Charging Bull of Terry County.
My eclectic nature is the blessing and curse of my writing.
I wanted to write a classic regular folks would actually read. I wanted to write an adventure academics would find resonant with meaning. You tell me how well I did.
